[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my 50" Crystal 4K Smart TV for over seven months now and let me start by saying how simple it was to remove from the box and connect it to my cable box and my 4K player. I know some people find the process intimidating or difficult but with this tv you will be able to connect it and have it running in less than 15 minutes. Love that it comes with so many apps pre-installed and the remote has dedicated Netflix, Prime and Samsung TV Plus keys so you don't have to download them! Since I am a Netflix customer, I use my Crystal smart tv mostly to stream content from Netflix, Prime and Samsung TV Plus. Many of the movies and shows on Prime are in 4K so it is a delight to enjoy 4K content on my tv, the images are so clear, vivid, colorful, very immersive! Also my tv has Alexa built in so I can use Alexa to find a specific show, or give me the weather info, or find something on the internet. This tv set is quite versatile and you will get the most bang for your buck with the crystal series. The sound is excellent as well and you can add a sound bar if you desire but I am happy with the sound, the size, and the remote control since it is easy to use- very user friendly. The tv is light and you can either hang it or place it on an entertainment center. Another useful feature is Samsung Health- YES!! Why spend so much money on yoga instructors or fitness instructors when you can have your own in the privacy of your home with Samsung health on your tv- Bravo Samsung!!

I do like that it has a lot of streaming apps on it as well as the Samsung TV app where you can watch free basic tv. The 75 inch screen is really nice and fits our living room space well. I would recommend this TV to anyone who is loves to watch movies and any sports as the clarity is amazing.

My children encouraged me to upgrade to a smart television. This led me to do some research on smart televisions, which led me to the Samsung model I selected based on its attributes and price point. To date, my experience with the television can be summed up with the phase, "very satisfied".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for TV viewing mainly. The colors are vibrant, and it offers many different settings to customize for different types of viewing. I also like the users manual which is preloaded in the TV. It is very convenient to learn how to use the different settings and functions. Only one thing I felt was missing is the ambient feature. It is something I think I can really use when entertaining guests as something entertaining, but not distracting. Overall this is a very good product and would recommend it.

My other was 5 years old and was still working well, but the new one has features and clarity far beyond my older Samsung. Picture is superior and the voice remote that controls both TV and Cable Box is a great plus. I haven't regretted this purchase at all. Worth every penny.

Its Crystal UHD display brings out shades of colors you didn't think existed. And with 85-inches of screen, there's plenty to ogle. If Samsung would make the following improvements that would be even better. Suggestions: TV stand should be 2" higher to accommodate sound bar (see attached). Remote sensor should be on the right or left side of the TV sensor to accommodate home entertainment system. Add 2 more HDMI
