Great picture, color and sound.

I got it this TV for my bunk room at the fire station. Even though we have crappy internet, the TV works great streaming. The color and sound are excellent. Picture is crisp. Guys with cheep TV's in their rooms are envious.

This product could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for streaming, watching movies, and sports. The product could be better, for example the volume just stops working and you have to turn the TV off then back on again for it to work.

Hi Bigdog, We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your AU800 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Finally, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope this helps. Great picture, clear and excellent color and tones

Fits my lifestyle
