I bought this a week ago and after 3 days I noticed horizontal lines on the right side of the screen then I noticed that when the Tv wasn't on or been in use it ticked like a clock so I returned it for a refund.

the tv is great picture wise, easy to set up. this is my 4th samsung tv purchase and the only one that makes a ticking sound when it's turned off. is there a fix to this problem ?
