Best Decision Ever

We have been behind the times our last tv was a Samsung plasma 42 inch but with all the time stuck at home we decided to buy a smart TV and are pleasantly surprised well thought out design

Not the best tv

This is an ok tv, easy set up and nice picture but it has a problem with sound every time a tv add comes on the tv losses sound and I have to change chennel to get the sound back, I had this tv for about 3 weeks and it's going away soon

There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. 4) Perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
