my daughter and son-in-law got this for my wife and i for christmas due to my expressed interest in a smart tv to get off of high cable bills. the set up was a breeze, plenty of loaded streaming apps and the download of new apps was effortless. picture quality still amazes me 2 1/2 weeks later.

Being able to properly connect to and control every attached device we own (including FiOS box!!!) is such a convenience and I'm in love!

I didn't experience hard time to Mount it on the wall. I also like the function to adjust the tv brightness and the volume does not hurt my ear at all. I recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my television mostly for the true gaming experience. This series is compatible with the new Playstation 5 and the graphics are remarkable! The quality of the television enhances the graphics to the point where certain characters or locations look very realistic. Furthermore, if my television is off but I turn on my console, the television will automatically turn on which I think is a very innovative feature which I do not see with other televisions. As for the streaming features, it is by far one of the most simple features to use and not to mention the television has built in channels such as Vice, MTV, ABC, et cetera that are free (So long as WiFi is available)! The television also includes a built in browser which is very easy to use as well as convenient. Overall 5 Stars! Samsung continues to change the meaning of a Smart Television and I am very excited for future models!

We have someone that wears hearing aids and we are able to hook them directly to the TV so they can hear the TV anywhere in the house. Looks great hanging on the wall above the fireplace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to replace an older Samsung HD tv that was non-Smart. Pros: 1. The picture looks really good to me and it was within budget and overall I felt I got a lot of value out of this purchase. 2. The smart app has some useful apps like pbs for kids. 3. I paired it with a Samsung solo sound bar and it looks nice on my stand. 4. The tv is very light weight. Cons / Difficulties: 1. Sometimes the smart tv app freezes or maybe its the remote but it seems to stop accepting input occasionally. 2. I went over my data limits for the first month, I had to turn down the youtube resolution. 3. A couple times the wifi stopped connecting and I had to turn it on and off a few time to get it to work.

I have had this tv for one month and it often freezes when I turn it on. I cannot go to the home section, or choose any applications. All of the buttons on the remote are rendered useless when this happens and the only solution seems to turn it off and back on again and hope that it works on the 9th or 10th try. I will be returning it.
