Since we upgraded to Samsung and I can actually "see" the difference between the two... I am definitely going to be upgrading the TV's at the family ranch to the same Samsung TV we have at the house. Everything we do from streaming to YouTube to watching a DVD is done in a smooth transition. My favorite adult purchase is this TV

a good tv, nice picture, and it's nice to have one remote with built in pluto and plex and what have you (i had three remotes before). i have two of these tvs in bedrooms and they're perfect for that, the sound isn't great and the 'start last used app when the tv is turned on' feature doesn't work; it always starts with samsung plus or whatever that is, but the home button makes switching apps and accessing settings very easy.

granted ive only had this tv for about ten days but its worked beautifully thus far. set up was super easy but the most important thing to me was its bluetooth capability. i have two different sets of headphones paired to it and theyve been flawless thus far. im also able to control the headphone volume with my cable remote which is a big plus. the one negative that other reviewers have complained was a low “knocking” noise when the unit is off. i have heard this sound a few times but its so subtle and you have to be within a couple of feet to hear it and it has has to be almost deathly quiet in the room to hear it so its a non issue as far as im concerned.
