I should have spent more and bought an LG. Purchased this TV October 2021. Within a year, little lines started showing up. I let it go because it wasn't totally bothering me. But now, I can't even get my TV to stay on. It develops a large black spot as if the picture is melting, then it turns off. It will turn itself back on and be okay, then about 20-30 seconds later it will develop the melting picture again and turn off. It will continue to cycle like this. I have video to show what it does, but am not able to attach it for some reason to this review. Samsung, the only way you can make this right is to replace this TV with the same or better model.

I've had the tv for about 3 weeks now. Set up was super simple. The menu is easy to navigate and arrange to your liking. Great picture so long as what you're watching isn't dark. And that's where this tv loses 2 stars. Dark movies are hard to watch even in a dark room. Which kind of takes a lot away from the enjoyment of the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a pretty small TV (43 inches) it is fantastic. Beautiful, clear picture. Connects seamlessly to my TV provider without a box. Nice Smart TV features. I wish the remote was a more 'normal' one; am having difficulty adapting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love it I have only had it for 2 months so can't attest to the longevity of it's life. We only upgraded because our 70 inch quit after 1 yr and 3 mths. We do have a 65 that is still kicking since 2017!

My TV just died one Friday night, it was only 4 years old, so buying that brand again was not an option. Having only one TV and spending so much time at home during the pandemic, replacing it was a priority. I decided on this Samsung due to support for Apps and the Google ecosystem. I am a Samsung phone user and my other device is a Chromebook. TV works great, easy setup with the app, lots of apps for all your services. Hope this one lasts more than 5 years!

I use it a lot for streaming and I have no complaints, I was really surprised by the Samsung channels which I enjoy very much (with internet service you don't even need cable). There is only two things that I would change. Although now a day everything is online I would really like to have a paper manual which would make it easier for those of us a little older and would definitely allow me to use more features and I would also love for the remote control to light up as it is kind of hard to manipulate when lights are out. Other than that I love my Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv and it collection of streaming apps. Setup is easy it recognizes devices you connect via HDMI and adds to your menu bar. Except PlayStation which will just add a generic gaming controller icon (might me a Sony thing since they also make TVs). Not sure if its because my sound bar is old and another brand but will reset back to tv speakers at time but most of the time works seamlessly. Oh and this model is not for bright rooms but other than that this is a great tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has the absolute best quality picture I've ever seen. The viewing radius is 180 degrees, possibly more from center. I don't see how Samsung will ever make the picture on a TV any better. Between my Samsung Crystal TV and A51 phone I'm beyond happy with the screen quality and most other features. There is a small amount of room for improvements on some of the features and controls, but not many as far as I'm concerned.

We're so glad we made this purchase. It's fun to watch shows with such definition, and the sound bar we purchased with it is amazing as well.
