I bought these Aug 12, 2024 because I like the 28oz so well. These are not the same quality at all. bottom black bowls were chipped and cracked on the lip of bowl, If you can get the lid to snap on the lip will shatter when you try to take it off. I'm surprised because not the normal god quality from Hefty brand

These are very sturdy and hold up to the dishwasher, even the tops, with no warping. I use these to give away leftovers to guests, I freeze soup in them (then remove the frozen block and vacuum pack it), and I store homemade dog food in them in my freezer. The tops snap on tightly, but of course are not airtight. If you drop a frozen one, the lid will break, but otherwise they are incredibly tough. They stack nicely, both with the lid on and with it off. I won't be without them. And they're cheap too.

Love them

I take dinner to my elderly Mom every night and meals to shut-ins at church and these are perfect. I can also wash them in the top of the dishwasher and use them several times. Now I don't have to try and get containers back. They also prevent spillage which is what happens with the styrofoam containers.

I have used these for batch cooking freezer meals for a couple of years now. They were great and fit perfectly on my upright freezer shelves. However, now that they have been rounded off at the ends, I cannot get as many on the shelves that I did when they were squared off. They take up more needed space than they should since they cannot be butted up when placed end-to-end. I am hoping my older squared off ones last a lot longer so all available freezer space can be used before I have to use to many more of the new ones. I do love the fact that they are dishwasher safe.
