Definitely freezer safe, mostly microwave safe, but only the tops are dishwasher safe. The bottoms always come out of the dishwasher with a white substance stuck to them. It's not easy to wash the substance off in the sink either. We use these alot but the fact that they aren't dishwasher friendly is making us consider a different brand.

I Love these. I use them in my freezers for freezing meats, veggies, and fruits.. Defrost and/or Microwave. I have even used them for snacks when taking road trips with kids. Used them for even storing crayons and small games in the car..So good for most of the whatever's in life. Doesn't HAVE to just be for food items...Just wish I could find them in a variety of sizes.

These are similar to takeout containers you would get if you ate inside a nice Cantonese restaurant, but nicer. They are very sturdy and I love that they are BPA free. Don't get me started on the fact that it's microwave and dishwasher safe. Ok, you want to? With two small kids these are great for leftovers and don't take up too much space as they are stackable when not being used. Definitely a new favorite. The new 28oz food storage container 60 piece set. Met in an all expectations it was used in the microwave and it held up then I washed it in my dishwasher and also held up I was able to reuse over and over again! I was also able to easily organize all of my kids lunchs and dinners making mill prep and storing leftovers easy . The price at Sam's was amazing I will definitely be buying these again! I take care of my elderly parents and quite often when I make dinner I bring them some. I was hoping these Hefty Food Storage Containers would be sturdy enough for transport and they did not disappoint. They work perfectly. I had previously purchased a similar item in the store, and they were great. I was able to wash and re-use them many times over. This version was of a much lower quality. They are so thin they literally crack in your hand if you are not careful. No chance of ever getting multiple uses out of these. Hopefully I can find a different version in the store, but these are going back for sure.

I like the fact that the containers are leak resistant, microwaveable safe, freezer safe, and amongst other things. Most importantly, I like the fact that they are reusable. These storage containers are very thick and sturdy. The cover has a ridge that extends into a groove so that liquid doesn't come out. The size is good for a nice portion for either lunch or dinner. I love these containers! They are great for leftovers, as you can store one item or an entire meal in them. They are microwave safe and because they are inexpensive, you don't need to feel bad if you break a lid and need to throw out the container.
