I tried baking, i tried deep frying, these are not good, bad breading, no flavor and cheese wasn't stretchy. If Sam's club is no longer going to carry Farm Rich mozzarella cheese sticks then this recipe needs to go back to the drawing board with better quality ingredients and seasonings.

Something changed with the batter. We used to buy these alot. Its not very good anymore, even deep fried the breading isnt good. We havent purchased again since.

My family and I all love these and I can't understand why some say the cheese doesn't melt well or they are not crispy on the outside. Mine always melt great and are always crispy on the outside. Maybe they are not cooking at the right temperature or for the right amount of time.. Not sure but we love them and they taste great..
