Not Recommended

The TV was unresponsive to the remote and on occasion took a few minutes to complete the action requested. While watching live TV, the screen indicated that the channel signal was weak which isn't unusual for some stations, but it would not allow the channel to be changed, and eventually the screen went black and would not turn on again. I eventually unplugged it and it powered on again, at which time I decided that the performance was very poor and I returned it. It's packed with a lot of features, but screams poorly made.

Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV set has the best picture of anything else I have ever owned !! So many features, it would be hard to list them. "Watch Free" is a great example. So many channels and shows. AND IT'S FREE !!!!

Inexpensive and Not Great Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was enticing, due to the price and past positive experience with the VIZIO brand, however, this product did not measure up. The TV was not able to translate the strong available WIFI signal in our home, and all the embedded “smart TV” capabilities were useless. I had to attach a separate Roku device to the TV via HDMI cable in order to make it a true streaming TV. Beyond that, 1080 is inadequate to stream much of the content I watch in full screen, and the existing sound capabilities are very poor. I'm giving this VIZIO a failing grade.

"Smart" TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this TV in the salon of our boat due to size limitations. Overall product has performed ok but response time is slow especially loading smartcast and switching between channels, picture quality is average. I have had to reboot/reprogram the unit at least 3 times because smartcast would not load.

Every thing better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm knowing this is less than I had growing up.the tv is sluggish,extremely right out of the box.the strong signal my internet is no match either,it drops my signal and refuses to reconnect sometimes for hours. My advice save your money.

Worst TV Ever

I bought this product many months ago. It is the worst TV I have ever bought and has made me never to purchase another Vizio TV ever. If a power outage happens, it does not reconnect to wifi, I must type in password again. The remote works intermittently. The guide for over the air stations does not exist. I cannot stand using this TV.

Had tv for about 4 months and it just died on me.

I am so disappointed about this purchase. The tv was purchased Nov 1st and stopped working on Feb 28th. Now I have to wait for a service person to come fix it. This is very inconvenient for me as I work and will now need to make arrangements. Why they just can't release the tv is my question.

Great picture and value for the size of TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV almost a week ago for a smaller guest room to replace a 22-year old tube-TV that just takes up too much space. This is a great compact size and has great picture clarity and for it's size was one of very free that had 1080p resolution. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the sounds quality is poor — but I think that is probably common with modern TVs that want you to buy a sound bar. I'm getting used to the ‘tinny' sound but will most likely buy a small sound bar for improved quality.

Annoying

All I did was unplug my tv to use the extension cord & it makes me start all over again with the registration when I plug it back in. This happens a lot. The tv will just stop responding so I have to start all over again. Unplug and plug back in. I've had the tv almost two years now so it's irritating to have to keep doing this.

Awful tv.

The sound will go in and out and just stop working for days at a time. Literally. Ive not even had this tv 2 months and im MAYBE got to watch a full show or movie a hand full of times. Vizio has completely ruined the fact that i even thought they were a good brand. I will NEVER buy this brand again! And the fact that yall wont do anything about it not working is just the icing on the cake!
