Awful tv.

The sound will go in and out and just stop working for days at a time. Literally. Ive not even had this tv 2 months and im MAYBE got to watch a full show or movie a hand full of times. Vizio has completely ruined the fact that i even thought they were a good brand. I will NEVER buy this brand again! And the fact that yall wont do anything about it not working is just the icing on the cake!

Great picture. Slightly slow response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is top quality. It's sleek and light weight. Great quality. The response with the remote though, is a little slow. When you click an app it turns on slowly. When you press the volume button it takes a second longer to respond. Nothing that would make me nor purchase a Vizio but noticeable. Still my second Vizio purchase.

Horrible product

If have always owned a Vizio, first time with a Smart TV received as a gift. Let me just say I don't appreciate rebooting TV constantly because it blacks out a common problem. Your apps doesn't open up either along with volume issues. Not happy with Customer support either. Needless to say I will never purchase this brand again.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this Smart TV to replace a very old tv with a failing picture. I really love it! The picture is beautiful…sharp with great color. Now that I have a tv capable of streaming I am going to branch out and learn to stream shows.

Smart cast has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. Worked fine on setup. Two weeks later smartcast wont load. Factory reset seemed to fix it but as of last night it did it again. Turned unit off then on and works now. Something's wrong. Preformed speed test to Check connection, that's not the issue.

It works for everything I want and needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had to move very quickly and had nothing to my name. My daughter and I bought our VIZIO and it has made our lives so much better. Since we don't have the money for dish or direct TV the free channels have been a blessing thank you guys so much for making this TV!

SmartCast system

I had a number of problems with this TV, kept crashing when playing. Then would not play sound. I spoke to customer serviced and they basically said they would upgrade me tv's if I send my old one back. Well I did just that I sent in my old tv and to my surprise they sent me the same model tv. Very disappointed, after they clearly told me I was getting a upgraded model. Will never buy another Vizio

I have a defective TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Currently the TV stops allowing for volume control, and menu. I have been on multiple support calls with tech support and they are doing everything they can to not replace the TV but it's a dud. I also have a 70 inch also which is running fairly well without issues. I basically am getting what I paid for.

Excellent Smart TV

I have purchased Vizio products in the past

I've been satisfied with past purchases until now. Vizio had been dependable and long lasting. I recently bought a 43'' TV. The TV totally failed within 3 to 4 days. Returning the TV was a horrible experience. I had attempted 3 times before the return was successful. I assumed that the replacement would be great, as I assumed that the issues with the TV were a one time problem, it was not. I was told by an associate for the place I bought my TV that products of several types were and had been sitting in tractor trailers in the hot sun and that could possibly be the reasons for all the problems I had experienced.
