The TV works as it should, but the main thing we ended up being surprised by is the Vizio free streaming channels. We did not realize it would be as extensive as it has been and we find a lot of things to watch just through the free Vizio streaming. As usual for our experience with Vizio, the TV performance itself is very reliable and high quality.

Wasn't thrilled about having to replace my original smart tv(different brand) after barely 2 years of use. I made sure to do my research before making another tv purchase; and found this to be in the top picks. So we will see down the road if this tv has rid me of my buyers remorse from my first tv. Updating seems to happen at random times, or I assume the reboots are that. Mount is minimal as provided, but does inflate cost if wall mounted. Smartcast is a bit convoluted, but manageable.This is a 32-inch, so menus and captions are hard to read from a normal distance. Vizio is actively improving the software.

TV is very responsive to the remote. That may sound stupid unless you have been seriously frustrated with remotes which do not work. We can now cancel our cable TV with all the associated equipment fees.

I had another Vizio tv and it was built like a tank, lasted a long time and met our needs for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great, but what I love most about it is that it works with Alexa and the mobil app. As a disabled person with little movement, voice commands are important to me. I also like the remote-control app. It is often difficult for me to push buttons on a remote so having an app means I only need to touch it instead of pushing down on a button. I do wish, though, that the app remote had all the regular remote buttons on it...especially fast forward, rewind, play, and pause.

If you don't have cable and only use apps it is a wonderful TV. However, I mainly have a TV to connect my Spectrum cable and watch network TV. This TV has about every app imaginable except for the Spectrum app and there is no way to download the Spectrum app. Therefore, every time I want to watch regular network TV I have to go through multiple steps using my iPhone to reach the Spectrum app and eventually, through trial and error, have found a way to watch Spectrum channels on my SMART TV. I think it is ironical that this is a TV that I have difficulty being able to watch regular cable TV channels on.

It was incredibly easy to set up, and it already had all the streaming service apps downloaded when I bought it so I just had to type in my account info. Image and sound quality is surprisingly great for a smaller-sized tv.

This Vizio with the built in wifi and connectivity was perfect. The picture quality is great and the interface is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. We're very happy and pleased.

Just getting that monster up the stairs was a pain, especially compared to the ease of carrying this lightweight flat panel TV down! Setup was a breeze and it works great as the TV for my bike trainer setup.
