Terrible

Absolute worst TV I have ever bought. Spent ~$275 on this TV 6 months ago for it to eventually not let me connect any of my HDMI's. Extremely slow (probably based on internet), constantly lagging, changes pages without touching the remote, and just a frustrating TV in general. Do not recommend at all.

Cannot add additional APPS

I purchased this TV and couldn't wait to get it so I would be able to stream shows in my bedroom that my husband doesn't care for. I was very disappointed to find that the only apps I could have were the ones that came on the TV. At least I have Netflix, Hulu and Paramount. I am happy that it is a smart tv and I'll be able to watch it in my bedroom.

Awful TV. Not user friendly.

This TV has been an absolute nightmare. Constantly freezing and I'll have to reboot it or unplug it for it to work again. Wi-Fi connection always losing signal. I never had this problem with my prior TV. Or any other TVs in my house. Titles on different streaming platforms will randomly error out. Reboot. The volume is delayed so when you try to go up or down you won't see anything indicating the change then all of a sudden it catches up. So then you are blasted with sound or it goes muted. That's usually a sign to reboot too. I so wish I would've looked more into the TV before purchasing. Disappointed. Good grief.

Great TV

Good TV for a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a full HD 24" TV for my home office, which can also be used as a secondary computer monitor, and this TV does that for me. I can stream content such as Amazon Prime and Plex to watch movies and TV with okay sound and a good picture. The blacks and clarity are much better than my old TV, making for a better experience. The TV OS/firmware was updated this past week which improved the responsiveness and usability of the interface.

Total package!!!

D Series 32f J04 with full array.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is just what I wanted for my bedroom. Tons of apps and free tv. 1080p res is awesome for a small tv. Full array. Wi fi and Chromecast. You can even control it with Alexa. Such a great tv at a great price.

There are better options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been almost a year since we bought this TV. The picture and sound quality is good, but the user interface needs much improvement. It is not very user-friendly. Response time (from remote to TV) is very slow. We've always updated the software(?) to the latest version, but it doesn't improve. We've also ended up resetting to the factory version because there were multiple times that we turn it on but no picture comes out.

Better than a Roku

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for two years. It's absolutely amazing. It has everything you need on it from YouTube to live channels. There are plenty of free movies to watch on there, that are awesome. If you need a TV, I recommend buying a Vizio. (Setup was also perfect, quick, and easy.)

Refurbished Warranty replacement

Took them a month to ship a “refurbished” replacement which appears to be missing the serial number. Original has been out since November, 2022. Purchased March, 2022, so I have about a month and a few days on the original factory warranty on a “refurbished” TV that someone else had returned. Read your warranty, folks…before purchase…oh, and check out all their independent verified reviews, they suck.
