[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I get into the meat of this brief review, I will state that this is my 4th Vizio product, so I have no issue with the brand. TV picture is decent and sound is as expected. however this TV will not stop “freezing” while streaming. This includes slow or no response to input from the remote control. I have reconnected to the network, rebooted the network, rebooted the TV, reset the TV, looked for firmware updates…anything I could think of…but the TV just keeps freezing. I have only owned it for 5 days now, but am seriously considering returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the same tv for a couple years before my dogs broke it and I got the same one and it's really good I have 2 remotes and I really like the fact that it has options on Hulu and Netflix and other things at the top of the remote. It just got an update so it's a little slow but it's really nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a few months ago. the only thing i don't like is the chromecast and there is no internet access. Example (Google) . Some apps don't work due to restrictions, which would be good tv for a kids tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about 6months ago put it in my semi truck and it's a very durable tv stays with you for the long haul never had any issues with it at all picture quality or anything yes I would definitely recommend this tv especially if you need a compact light weight tv that doesn't sacrifice on picture quality or sound. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV I think a year ago. It has been a great TV. Great picture quality, I love that you can search for a movie and it will search most apps you have to view where it's free (I believe it will not include Netflix and some others), and has a free movies/TV show app with free live viewing channels. The volume change is delayed and recently the TV went into a galaxy lock screen that I was unable to bypass without resetting the entire TV which took about 20 minutes. Overall great TV with some minor inconveniences.

I purchased this TV one week ago and have decided to return it. Vizio has normally been a great brand for me, but this smart TV was incredibly slow and “laggy.” The apps would crash, the shows and movies would stop at random intervals, and every action was slow.

I bought this tv because it was a smart tv I also bought a Roku to go with it but to my surprise when I opened it up and started the tv there was no need to have the roku. Yay money saved. I have this tv outside patio and was worried with wifi but this tv has no problem most of the time

I do not like the Smart Cast feature as a default. You assume that I want to play games or watch movies that you are promoting. I use my TV to receive programing from Spectrum Cable. You make that exceedingly difficult. I'm thinking of returning this "Smart TV" to the store.

Great TV with tons of free content. I already have a lot of media but this TV comes with all kinds of extra goodies that would keep you busy if all you had was Wi-Fi. There is tons of great content for you to check out. I wasn't expecting all of that it's really cool.

This TV size and the resolution looks AMAZING in the perfect space in my room!! Vizio has great image quality and the TV's last a lifetime, so I am very pleased for this product.
