Great features!

I just bought this a few days ago and so far it is more than I expected. Love it. So easy to set up with Wi-Fi. Also connecting my tv antenna was easy. Cancelled my cable, kept Wi-Fi. The money saved from not continuing to paying a cable bill for about 4 months will pay for the cost of this fabulous tv. Wish I did this sooner.

Great features!

Good basic smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about 6 months ago. It is ok. I don't like that the remote sometimes doesn't work and I have to unplug the TV to get it restarted. The TV also freezes up and it's not do to the internet connection. It's simply the TV. I have to unplug it to get it restarted, the remote won't let you turn it off. It does have a great clear picture.

TV is great! Software, not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my RV, actually bought two of them. TV works great, the sound could be a little stronger but otherwise it is great. The only problem I have is that we usually have no internet or very slow campground WiFi where we go. The default is for the TV to attempt to load the Watchfree+ app on startup and it's kind of tedious and time consuming to get to regular antenna stations. No other complaints though. If the Watchfree could be disabled when the WiFi is weak it would be perfect!

Excellent product

Nice 32" Smart TV

The SMART features are good (though the lack of a web browser is a tad annoying but not a deal breaker). We have a lot of sun in the room but the TV image is bright, not washed out and easily watchable

Much Better Alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, I purchased a new Hisense T.V. It was not the best, it would suddenly change inputs on the fly. I do like my new Vizio T.V. I still need to add my soundbar into the input ports, but so far, so good.

Excellent Sound quality! Not the app choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our older television died due to a lightning storm (we live in an area prone to power surges) so we had to replace it with a new one. I was eyeing this one for its crisp and clear audio quality. Received the new one a couple weeks ago. Setup was easy and complete, albeit the updates took too long. App selection is very skimpy, as many applications are on the Roku OS. Luckily, we have a Roku STB, so we used that instead of SmartCast. Bottom line, this television has GREAT sound quality and picture, but purchase a Roku if you want more apps such as Spectrum.

Easy set up

I am such. A novice at anything technical. I was able to install this so quickly. Plus I was able to tweak color and contrast. I recently bought a Roku. The color was gone in 3 months. Streaks all throughout the screen. My friend has had her Vizio for 12 years and it is still in perfect condition. So I bought mine

Nice picture, good sound, constantly freezes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV about a month ago. The picture and sound are very good. Unfortunately, the TV freezes, A LOT. I have tried unplugging it to reset it, deleted apps, and most recently did a factory reset. Nothing works. It's the dumbest smart TV ever.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged.
