[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was easy to use and was very user friendly for a smart TV. I have been using the product and so far it has performed perfectly and is easy to operate and navigate.

No directions to explain how to set this up electronically so we had to figure this out ourselves, which took some time. That was frustrating. Otherwise, nice picture and everything else is good. Reasonably priced too.

Good quality picture and sound. Sometimes it turns off or on in the middle of the night and volume is delayed when changing the volume but besides that great tv for the price

The tv has settings that I'm unfamiliar with, and it did not come with a manual. I shouldn't have to Google my way through the options. Otherwise, the TV is performing well.

I really liked the picture from when I first turned it on, but not the sound quality. The volume goes up high enough it's just that the sound quality is bad.

Love it!!! Good size for the room we use it in and I love that the FireTV OS is the built in system. Great sound and picture. Would say it competes with larger recognize brands

Very disappointed! Purchased so that my children could watch Netflix in their rooms and Netflix will not work on the TV. We have tried everything! Doubt we can return the tvs because we don't have the boxes any more.

Bought a tv from Walmart in lawernceville, Georgia that was broken in the box. They say we can't return it! We bought it on September 29 today is 10/11/2022 so we just lost $213

I love Vizio televisions, had my old flat screen since 2008 and it still works. This television was so easiy to set up and the picture is fabulous. The TV was delivered safely from the store.

i Loved my Vizio tv, but unfortunately the tv is off completely, it does not turn On. what can I do, am a Senior, and do not know mych about Technology thank you...Flor Gutierrez
