Good TV for what I wanted.

I bought this to replace a very old television in the bedroom. I don't know if it is the TVs fault or my Internet company but my wireless does not work with just the TV. It does say that it will work better if it is connected directly to the Internet source, I don't have a cable outlet in the bedroom. I have to use the Roku plug-in that I used with my old TV. (because it wasn't a smart) so I am unable to use any of the Vizio perks that came with the TV but it's OK with me. I bought a larger Vizio for the living room and it connects to the wireless just fine but it is right next to the modem. I'm happy with the picture. I'm happy with the sound. It's the perfect size for where I wanted it.

very good at everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything so far; picture is very sharp and color is vivid. Speakers aren't great but I don't use them. I had much worse with the TV this one replaced. I don't use the smart functions that often, but they work well.

Basic smart tv that works 75% of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for our living room. Picture is clear, sound is good. Navigating the system and streaming channels is relatively easy. As I said, basic tv is fine. The issues for me come from the internet connection itself. I was constantly losing internet connection to the tv only and there was a lot of buffering. And this was on multiple streaming channels. I had to purchase a home booster product for my Wi-fi in order to correct the issue. Also there is no screen save option and not a whole lot of personalization available in the settings. Once every month I have to completely reboot the tv in order for it to work and it my remote will randomly not work the tv until I do the reset. Other than that, I got what I paid for I guess.

Our kitchen 24” HD TV has made my wife happy

I purchased a 24” Vizio TV for the kitchen and she is now very happy , not having to struggle in trying to use different remotes. This new TV is set up for the super channels and I love it also.

Vizio "D" 32" TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this product for several months and had been much impressed with the on-line entertainment selection. Recently wi-fi went down at my residence. When finally restored I was able to reestablish communication with my lap-top PC but not with my Vizio. This has been very disappointing and makes me question the quality of this product.

Love this VIZIO D-Series 40"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VIZIO was recommended to me by a friend as being a great product with great customer service. So when my old TV went out, my husband and I shopped for a VIZIO and we purchase the VIZIO D-Series 40" Class. We love it, it was easy to set up and the program walks you through each step. This is the best smart TV I have owned and I love it. I will be recommending it to family and friends.

Vizio 24" TV flakey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV worked OK until Vizio updates began. Then it wanted us to install a Vizio app on the phone, and now the TV is not useable. We watch off-the-air stations with a rooftop antenna, and this tv will often just display the Vizio logo screen and play the sound of the station we want to watch. I.E. - no picture. We have to unplug and replug the set, often multiple times, to get a picture.

Wow!

Excellent video quality, updated apps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for over a couple of months, and am enjoying the video quality and all the applications the TV supports. The price point also was just right. The sound however is quite terrible. Even modifying the bass, treble and surround functions, the TV speaker is horrible... an external speaker or sound bar is essential with this product.

Exceptional Value

I purchased this set for a third bedroom. Footprint is perfect while the HD picture is great for network shows and sports. I considered purchasing an external speaker but the sound from this set is fine for the room (12'x 13'). My first Visio set. Plenty Smart-tv apps included; will consider dropping the cable box! Exceptional value at this price point!
