Hooked up and worked fine for about 2 days than went black as HDMI-1 connector became unattached. Unable to function through HDMI-2 so returned to retail store and given replacement which has worked fine for past 2-3 months. Great picture and features. Also have 55 inch tv in apartment that has been fantastic for about a year now.

I bought this for my son's room back in Feb/Mar 2022. It was pretty easy setup, but it would reboot and go back through the same setup a couple times before it was officially setup..... The Smartcast/VIZIO platform works good when it doesn't freeze up. I would go into Disney+, Netflix, etc apps and then sometimes it would take awhile to load, sometimes you would get sound and sometimes not..... would have to reboot tv and reset it to get it to work again..... we haven't been using it a whole lot lately, but continually have to do updates when we first turn it on in awhile.... I've reached out to Vizio a handful of times to get it resolved and all they say to do is we'll push an update to it and have to resetup everything all over again....... overall when it does work, it's an ok tv for my son, but wouldn't recommend for a main living room tv

We purchased thus TV one afternoon, took it home and tried to hook it up to our internet and other programs we like to watch. The controlled had a mind if its own making the setup almost impossible. Then the TV turned on all by itself several times. We returned it the very next day and purchased another brand that we are very happy with.

I ordered online for delivery and it was brought to my home by courier just a few hours after placing the order. I already have a smaller version of this brand and this order is replacing an older model tv. I love the ease of setup and it's very lightweight. There are many viewing choices that are Free.

I bought my Vizio TV on October 28, 2021. I paid $245.77 for it. This morning, Friday, August 4, 2023, my TV won't come on. I changed the batteries in the remote control three times. I checked all the electrical plugs and the cable wires. All seems fine. Still, my Vizio TV won't come on. I'm going to buy new batteries for the remote today. Hopefully, that will solve the problem. I've had my TV for less than two years. It shouldn't be failing already. I have a Vizio TV in my bedroom that has been working quite well for 13 years. It survived Hurricane Ida after the winds blew off the roof and knocked the TV onto the floor. Vizio is a good product. I hope this malfunction is just a fluke.

I bought this TV about three weeks ago and I love it. I have owned Vizio TVs before and I continue to go back to them because they are reliable and provide a high quality picture. They are also one of the most affordable TVs as well so you cannot go wrong with a Vizio!
