Sluggish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having issues with paramount and peacock apps not loading and having to reinstall them and then also having to constantly reset the tv to factory defaults so that we can get the latest updates so the apps work better

Overall great inexpensive tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv for using my n64 as it still has composite hookups. Hdmi is a perk, but man i didnt realize how much id love the smart tv function! I dont normally like smart tvs, but this is really well done.

I would be fired from the TV industry for such UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent 20 years in the digital TV industry and I would be fired forever if I implemented such a dumb, slow, unresponsive, terrible user interface. It turns out that the Smartcast section was designed, managed and developed by a team of junior programmers from a kindergarten. "Vizio Watch Free+" is even worse: switching channels (up/down) takes 7 seconds, direct access by channel number - 13 seconds!! No more comments...

Do not purchase this tv. I bought this tv 13 months ago and now I have vertical lines. The warranty has expired. Also about a month ago, when you turned on the tv the apps stopped loading and you constantly had to reset tv. Truly a waste of money.

Great Television!

The sound lets music sound like it should and sound effects in movies seem like they are in the room with you. Easy to adjust anything you want on settings. The main picture has SO many things to choose from to watch! I can watch all the things I have on Roku after I download them on it except one app which is not bad at all. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Worst TV We Have Ever Owned

This TV has been nothing but problems since we bought it. Repeated calls do not bring satisfaction. A long call yesterday after the remote no longer works, the TV turns off by itself, the sound cannot be adjusted, the input changes on it own and on and on resulted in the representative saying she was going to talk to her supervisor. The call was immediately disconnected and no return call even after verifying our number. Terrible product and terrible customer service!

A Large Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new TV for one month and love it. Living in a rural area and so tech issues are always a challenge. Setup was straightforward and we now have a much improved connection to our Wifi. Picture quality is very good, audio also. We are very pleased.

Perfectly Integrated with my home setup

The new Vizio TV was near seamless to connect to our system. It was a two-step process and we were up and running. Simple, efficient and great picture quality.

Okay...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a few months ago, I have read the instructions and settings guide. I find it annoying that at times when I turn on the TV it shows me a screen to login to SMARTCAST. I had previously set up the TV several times, to start on the TV Channel. But sometimes, it will start on SMARTCAST. I really have to try my patience with this tv.

Great tv!
