Not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Tv to replace another Vizio I had that lasted about 2 years. I have the Tv on all the time but it still seems a little glitchy at times and worries me that it won't last much longer than the first one. It was a great price for the size as it was a returned product being sold on discount. Thank you.

Excellent price Excellent TV

I had a VIZIO in the past but it was smaller so when I needed a new TV, I went straight for another, larger, VIZIO SMART TV. It was easy to set up & pretty user friendly. I've had it for a few weeks now & I'm still learning about the newer AMAZING features!! Very happy with it!

Poor picture

I bought the Vizio because the store did not carry LG in the size I need. The Vizio on display in the store had a clear and sharp picture. However, the one I purchased has a very poor quality picture, and it is too difficult for older folks to change it back to regular TV after viewing a video or Netflix, etc. because the list of selections disappears very quickly. Overall, I am not pleased with the TV

You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. Worst tv I have purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and been very frustrated with it. It seems I have to unplug the HDMI cord in the back of the tv and plug it back in again to watch channels other than apps. I have contacted Vizio twice and they were quite blunt with me. They told me it wasn't their problem but that I needed to contact my cable co. I did just that and the repairman said he has been called about this same problem quite frequently with Vizio tv's. It doesn't have anything to do with the HDMI cord but a software update. Why can't Vizio step up and correct this problem?

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I love it. I've always loved Vizio. The picture is extremely clear, the sound is good and it is user friendly! Easy setup that also walks you thru the phone remote set up, in case you aren't tech savvy!

Defective. Had to return!!

Direct Tv service professional came to our house to help install. Everything worked perfectly except for the TV!! Defective,returned to store. Bought Samsung instead. Got it set up in 15 minutes by ourselves. Didn't need any Direct TV person to help us.

Love the features!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the SmartCast interface and the remote control is very efficient. This is the easiest to navigate smart tv my daughter has had. Since my daughter who is disabled, and I am always finding ways to make life easier for her, we are very happy to be able to have this tv in her bedroom and all her shows in the palm of our hands.

Vizio is a good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a lot of Vizio TVs for both personal and business use. I've only had an issue with one and that was recently. It was still under warranty and was easy to get replaced. Vizio did make that part easy. Now, with the replacement TV it decided to just not come on today. I had to unplug it and wait a while, now it's back on working fine again. I hope this isn't going to be another issue. When it works, it works great!

Surprised

I purchased this TV as a portable to move around the house. I was completely surprised with all of the built-in programs,. The Visio built-in tv network was a complete surprise. It works well, without antenna support. I'm really happy with my purchase. Bud
