What a mess!

Getting the TV out of the box could have been similar to disarming a nuclear missile. The white foam packing material was wedged in so hard I had to use my lawn tractor to pull it out. After attaching the two legs the real nightmare began with the programming. Sometime during the 3 1/2 hours I seriously asked the neighbors 9 year old for advice and guidance. After 20 minutes of gut splitting laughter he had it all set up in the time it took me to go to the kitchen and get him a Popsicle. WHY is it so complicated that a 68 year old retired senior engineer to set up his own TV. I'm going out tomorrow and getting another..

Vizio TV

I've had my Vizio TV for years. I absolutely love it. The picture is outstanding. The quality of this TV is amazing. If I can give it more than five stars I would also like the customer service help that I get every time I call Every customer service representative is kind and very knowledgeable of their product.

VIZIO D-Series 24" Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace an old, no-name brand, after 7 years of heavy use. The TV is pretty good, with some minor issues: The setup was a bit frustrating, as the instructions spoke of pairing the remote, but was a bit unclear how to make that happen. Once I got the remote paired, the TV presented a beautiful picture, however, in the menu setting section, you only have 2 options: 1 Input at power on defaults to Last Used TV input or SmartCast, and Power Mode defaults to Quick Start or Eco ode. Neither option permits to set it to default to your TV input, which makes it challenging and or confusing to use, especially where older folks (like my parents in their 70's) are concerned. All in all, it's a nice TV for the price, and I hope they consider making these changes for future models at the smaller sized.

Vizio for Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was Asked review as if this was a new purchase. I bought this TV at least two years ago. Something must've happened during a software update and I had to reset the TV. I think this is what triggered me looking as a new purchaser. The TV itself is dependable, although it is a bit sluggish and responding to the remote when switching apps or trying to change channels on YouTube TV. The sound in the picture are great

Small tv. Big features. Great for small spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to go into my Peterbilt. It fit perfectly in the space on the mount provided by Peterbilt. The screen size is perfect for that space. The picture quality is fantastic. It is exactly as advertised. If I were to complain about anything it would be the sound quality. The sound is slightly tinny. But I didn't buy the tv for the sound. I bought it for all of the other features. And it delivers on the other features in spades.

TV is junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought your VISIO TV and for 1 year we only received 10 tv channels then we had a green line like on Chanel 5 on the left side of tv. I really used to like your tv but I went and bought a Phillips ROKU tv and after I set it up about 1 hour later we had 150 channels. Your tv just will not work in the country. It was a piece of JUNK.

It's so smart!

We bought it for kitchen. It's slightly bigger than the other brand we had and the speakers are great! The old one we could barely hear on full volume. The setup was easily navigated and I can enjoy more on this smart tv while I cook. Our living room TV is a Smart Vizio as well. Great TVs at a reasonable price!

High Quality

I enjoy watching this television very much. I find the high definition reception to be quite impressive. The sound is also very good. However, I am disappointed that the television does not have an audio output terminal that can be connected to my stereo receiver.

Great picture and easy setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV about 2 weeks ago and it has been a great purchase. It was very affordable, and the picture quality is that of a much more expensive TV. The set up of the tv was the easiest of any tv I've set up.

Horrible for streaming

The first one I bought was cracked when I plugged it in. I was able to return it at Walmart and when we got this one and plugged it in it worked. Then it had to update which took 4 hours. Got it connected to our Wi-Fi and none of the apps load. If we try to stream Netflix it's horrible quality and cuts in and out. None of the other TV's in the house have this issue. Our Wi-Fi is great. The tv is terrible. Debating on just taking this tv down and returning it at this point.
