[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a 40" model about a month ago and decided to move it to a second location and go up a size to 43" for the first location. Very easy to set up and use. Where we live, streaming can be challenging, so being able to get it done easily and affordably is important.

Bright color and excellent quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I baught this TV about a week ago and have been using so much more often than my old roku. The roku used to freez and lag so much (even right out of the box). In comparison, this vizeo never loses wifi connection and has pristine loading of my shows.

Great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is pretty nice overall but about once a month it goes into a "Smartcast cannot open" mode and we have to unplug the TV, re-enter the wifi to get it to come back. Yesterday I had to a factory reset to get it to clear the error so now I have to login again to all my apps :(

Great Quality at a good Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my new TV. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but it was easy for this non-techy person to set up, and the picture and sound are great. I hope to enjoy it for many years to come.

Built in chromecast was a problem

I bought it August 2021 and a month later had a problem with built in chromecast, had to reboot tv almost every time I wanted to cast from my phone. Finally on 4th call to support they sent tech to replace main computer board. So far works correctly.

Great overall TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a year. It was bought so we could use our streaming services in the bedroom. The TV works as it should, but the main thing we ended up being surprised by is the Vizio free streaming channels. We did not realize it would be as extensive as it has been and we find a lot of things to watch just through the free Vizio streaming. As usual for our experience with Vizio, the TV performance itself is very reliable and high quality.

Great value, but a little flaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Video is fine. Audio needs to have a soundbar for volume boost. Controls are a bit flaky. Updating seems to happen at random times, or I assume the reboots are that. Mount is minimal as provided, but does inflate cost if wall mounted. Smartcast is a bit convoluted, but manageable.This is a 32-inch, so menus and captions are hard to read from a normal distance. Vizio is actively improving the software.

Nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to replace an old one we have in our kitchen; it is a great product! Only downside is that you cannot add apps to this tv unfortunately, so I needed to add a fire stick to get the app for my cable company. Other than that, it is a great product that I would recommend.

New tv; different from last brand

Wasn't thrilled about having to replace my original smart tv(different brand) after barely 2 years of use. I made sure to do my research before making another tv purchase; and found this to be in the top picks. So we will see down the road if this tv has rid me of my buyers remorse from my first tv. I'm am very happy so far!

Quality tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this tv to replace an older one for the master bedroom, sound and picture quality are very good, especially in light of the price we gave. I had another Vizio tv and it was built like a tank, lasted a long time and met our needs for many years.
