Terrible

Zero stars. The Tv didn't even last a week. I went to but the TV on and there were a white lines running horizontally on the tv. I was working great the night before. Out of the blue it just had these lines in it. I rerouted will never by a Vizio again or recommend it to anyone!

Great APPS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my VIZIO D-Series 40" about a week and go and so far, it's been awesome. I really like the fact that it has all of the latest steaming apps already included and now I no longer have to use an additional fire stick to watch all of my streaming platforms. The TV is also iPhone compatible so it's easy to mirror you pictures and videos from your phone to the tv. The sound/speakers could be a little better, but overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the television.

Not worth the hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many issues! I wish I didn't purchase this TV. I constantly need to reboot the TV because I have a green screen instead of the program playing. TV is slow to react to the remote commands. This past week the TV is restarting like I just bought it. I've had to renter my wifi, e-mail, updates. It takes about 15 mins and then it cycles over again. 2 hrs last week I went thru this.

We always get a Vizio!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We now have 5 rooms with Vizio TVs and we LOVE them. Picture is clear - sound is great - the apps are customizable and everything we need. There was one recent discovery that a remote in one room switches the TV in the living room and the only way around this was using the app to control the TV in that room. I hope that Vizio comes out with a remote that you can program to work on only that specific tv.

Quit after 5 hours

Vizio has always been a dependable tv. We still have our original 32" flat screens from 19 years and they work great. But this tv went out in 5 hours. Started buffering, screen turned all the colors under the rainbow and turned off. Won't power back on.

I love being able to hook up to WiFi!!!

Thanks a bunch!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried a 40" Philips with ROKU, it didn't cooperate & kept losing the local channels 7 cable channels. Had to let it re-scan every time it was turned on! Took it back & got the Vizio 40", d40f-j09. We are pleasantly satisfied with this purchase!

Great TV

Lots of Channels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV months ago and am just getting around to registering it. It has a great picture and remote control, and a multitude of channels. It's now hooked up to a Vizio sound bar which enables dynamic audio, and I can use the TV remote for both devices. I am very happy with this purchase.

Sound lacks and access to different streaming serv

I thought that this was a great deal, but since I bought this TV I had to invest in a soundbar, and an apple tv module to be able to access the streaming apps that we subscribe to. If I had known that the sound quality was poor (in a 10x 10 room) I would have forked over the extra money toget a better TV. We own three other Vizios butthisone by far in inferior to their prior products.
