Not Happy 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very frustrated. I want to turn on a tv and have the channels available. Unfortunately one morning a few days ago Smartcast went into a loop with error codes, etc. Had to restore to factory settings and re.setup the tv. Eventually after WAY too much time and troubleshooting I got my channels. Have zero faith when I turn it on again it will be available for me to watch tv! Have a Roku tv, Samsung smart tv, and multiple firesticks with no problems. Will never by another vizio.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Vizio last month enjoy the bright picture, colors are magnificent, easy to assess the channels. I have always been a Big Vizio fan due to the great pictures they show whether it's a 25” or 75” tv. Vizio is the Best above the rest!

Not great but not the worst

I was expecting a lot from Vizio. All we had bought in the past was Onn tvs. I am not impressed at all with Vizio and won't purchase a Vizio tv again. It freezes and you have to unplug it to reset it. I didn't just purchase this tv and all of the sudden it asked me to register yesterday as if I had. Now I'm receiving emails like this asking to review the product. Not good. Now I'm receiving emails like this asking to review the product. Not good.

Amazon Prime stuck in Time Warp no Help from Vizio

The picture is clear, I can read the subtitles, all good. Except that the Amazon Prime App refuses to acknowledge that it is now 2022 and, for example, Season 6 of This Is Us is out. I have done all the things, connected the TV to my computer, restarted everything, googled, asked friends and nothing. I texted Customer Support on Thursday. It is Sunday and I have heard nothing.

Does what I needed plus more.

Bought this TV for our den to watch when cable goes down. Great picture and sound. I won't be using any services that third parties can track. To marketing, I would have purchased two weeks earlier if the remote showed online it had a number pad needed for over air channel selection.

Excellent set for the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the kitchen wall above the table. The picture and sound are excellent. The choice of streaming services is very good. The one flaw is that it can't be set to turn on to our cable, so if we want to watch broadcast or cable channels it requires several extra steps.

Decent TV with a Few Minor Headaches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality on the television is nice and the sound is great. When I first bought it though, it was lagging a bit like a computer that needed to get use to turning on and booting up. It doesn't lag anymore though. Lastly the other headache I've experienced is that if the power or internet ever goes out at my place (because of thunderstorms, hurricanes, etc.) the TV starts freaking out and resetting itself constantly like everyday or multiple times a week for a period of time. It was really frustrating for it to shut off on it's on, reset, and for me to have to re-sign in to all of my apps.

Easy set up!

GREAT TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a reasonably priced 40" smart tv for the bedroom when I saw this TV. Having owned Vizios in the past and liking them I decided to buy this one. I am so glad I did. This tv has a great picture and streams flawlessly. Only downside is you have to go thru several screens to set the sleep timer instead of pushing a single button as on the Samsung this is replacing. Other than that I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Perfect size for guest room & tons of features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace an old 720 TV that didn't have any HDMI ports or anything smart to it. It first perfectly with the legs and loaded with apps and setup was super simple to complete! No need to adjust any color settings.
