Absolutely love it when it is working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV! Occasionally we have issues when it needs to update. We get an error code and it takes some time to figure it out but otherwise, it's been so great. Probably tech issues that have to do with wifi more than the actual TV but wish tech was more reliable.

Honest review. Do Not Buy It.

We've owned this model tv for awhile. From the very beginning, this tv has had constant issues. It will randomly turn its power off. Sometimes after powering it on, the screen will slightly illuminate but fail to show anything regardless of input. Sometimes it will not shut off at all, and we'll have to unplug instead. This tv has serious issues that need to be corrected. We've been waiting for the day we can afford a different model. Do not buy this one. I don't care what the 5/5s say. Don't do it.

Awful tv

From the first two weeks I had the tv the mother board had to be replaced. Then I'd get a green screen when I turn it on. Now, it comes on by itself at any given time and I have to unplug it when I go to bed and go to work otherwise it will turn on. The worst tv I've ever owned.

Update software is terrible, I've had to reset to factory settings 3 times. There is a common glitch where it will ask you to sign the terms and conditions. You have to reset the tv to solve this problem, which deletes all your sign ins and data. Not very impressed.

TV stopped working after a few months of use.

The tv has always operated very slowly, and one day required me to completely set up/register the device again. Now I can't even complete the set up without the tv turning off. I am very unsatisfied with this product and won't be purchasing a Vizio again.

Great TV

very good price, vizio makes a good tv I have 4 of them in my house. This model is lightweight and easy for wall mount. Picture quality is excellent. Overal a great tv especially for the price. Priced higher in store but clerk honored online price and adjusted it down.

Slow to respond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 3 months ago I purchased a Hisense TV for my living room, and in December I purchased the Vizio TV for my son's bedroom these TVs do not compare I have never owned a TV that when you press buttons even to turn the volume up and down or change a channel that responded so slow is this TV does

Great size for my room.

I bought this tv for my bedroom and it is the perfect size. The color is great and I love all the extra channels and apps that are available. The problems that I have with the tv are the size of the lettering for all the info on the screen, the presentation of the input selection and the lack of a menu. If these things could be changed, the tv would be excellent.

There are better options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been almost a year since we bought this TV. The picture and sound quality is good, but the user interface needs much improvement. It is not very user-friendly. Response time (from remote to TV) is very slow. We've always updated the software(?) to the latest version, but it doesn't improve. We've also ended up resetting to the factory version because there were multiple times that we turn it on but no picture comes out.
