Good quality affordable TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this TV for a couple of weeks and it's been great. I'm a college student so I needed a TV that was affordable but had good quality and this one meets the criteria perfectly. The picture/resolution is great, as well as the sound. My only issue with it is that it frequently loses internet signal, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of the TV or the network. Overall an awesome purchase.

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first smart TV and I was so excited, but I have regrets. The TV crashes, refuses to turn on, and logs me out of my accounts all the time. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes just for me to get to the Home Screen. I would rather have kept my old TV with a Roku plug in. Not sure if we got a TV with a bug or if they are all like this, but I can't wait for the day I get a better TV. Also - the sound quality sucks. I've had friends say “I need to buy you a sound bar…” because it sounds so terrible. I can't have the TV even remotely loud without it sounding like it's going to break.

eh

I bought this tv hoping I would get a tv that showed the reviews were wrong. I didn't. It has many issues and bugs that just make it annoying. It doesn't turn on sometimes, so I have to unplug it and plug it back in and hope for the best. It doesn't connect to my wifi sometimes or it just won't load any applications at all. It's annoying but I guess for the price I can't complain too much. Just wish I could've been proven wrong. I definitely should've splurged some extra cash for a better tv.

Sound and picture quality are very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these online to use as computer monitors. The picture quality is what you would expect at 1080p. The sound quality is quite good for a small TV which is good because I can't get it to output to my soundbar through the ARC connection (might be the soundbar's fault, though). The only drawback is that the remote also controls our main TV (which is a different brand), so I have to shield the remote from having a path to the TV and vice versa so they're not being turned on or off unintentionally.

My vizio is the perfect size for my room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a sitting room that I turned into my TV room and my new vizio is the perfect size! I love my room now and all that vizio has to offer me! I never have a problem finding shows, movies, news and series to watch! The quality of the picture is Amazing! Thank you Vizio!!

Worst tv purchase I have made

When I first bought this Vizio model, the screen would often freeze while watching netflix. I thought "no big deal, a software update will fix it". And it did. Fast forward about 6 months later.... Smartcast fails often fails to load. There's basically an advertisement that pops up before anything else. Hitting the "home" button does nothing. You have to press the "back" button to get out of this screen. Overall the software is laggy and slow. I would compare it to a roku stick from 2014..... It's that slow. More recently, say the last month or so, the tv won't turn on without unplugging the power cord and plugin it back in. Yes, I've done a reboot probably 50 times and even factory reset, which makes you go back through the setup on EVERY streaming service. I would not recommend this tv. I also own Insignia and Fire tvs that work great...maybe go that route.

Okay TV. No Sleep Time

I bought this to replace a tv that died. It's okay but it does not have a sleep timer which I really use. I cannot download Direct TV stream so I have to purchase a box to utilize my current service. If I had known this I would have waited on a better deal with all the features I use.

Currently, the DirecTV app is not a part of SmartCast. VIZIO is committed to giving consumers access to as much streaming content as possible. Great All in One TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my master bedroom about 6 months ago and have absolutely loved it. No need for an Apple or Fire unit everything is there through APPs that you can arrange in the order you prefer. There is also tons of free content available too. This is really more that I was expecting or even knew was available through a simple TV purchase. I'm honestly blown away with how great this TV IS Ana what a great values it was as well! Buy one for sure!!!

Vizo "The One"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as Cnristmas present from my Grand daughter. Its to replace the emersen 32" that was there. WOW!!! What a deference, haven't touched nothing out of the box and you would think you was there in the picture so clear so real. This TV is rated 1800dpi to 4k Quite a tv for 40". If ya need a tv for the bedroom or any small room this is the one to get hands down.
