No Spectrum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Vizio D-series 40" TV for our guest room. After setting it up and downloading all the Applications we went to download the Spectrum App. only to learn that Vizio does not support Spectrum! This was very disappointing to say the least as it takes time to pick up the unit, unpack it and set it up only to find out that we just wasted time. The manufacturer should say on the box for the consumer to check with their cable carrier to see if it is compatible before the purchase of this brand; Vizio.

Great Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This T.V. replaced an older 32" model that while 'hd' designated, was only a 720p. The clarity of this unit in impressive, to the point that I actually prefer the quality of the picture to that of the 4k unit that I have in my living room (full disclosure: I have satellite HD service NOT 4k service). The sound is excellent, and the ONLY negative for this television is the shortness of the power cord (something easily cured with an extension cord). As with all flat screen televisions, this one can be mounted on the wall with an appropriate wall mount, HOWEVER; I would recommend a sound bar if this mounting option is chosen.

Filled my needs completely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a small reasonably priced TV to use in my bedroom and light enough to bring outside to watch on the deck. This unit does that plus has an awesome picture with all the added features.

Just Good!

I bought 30 tv like this, picture is good, apps shortcuts from the remote work ok. But, in Mexico you can't use the SmartCast home page (stupid country restrictions). This restrictions make so dificult to start some apps like YouTube and HBO, so if you want to use this “smartv” in Mexico don't! In the US everything is perfect!

Picture is great!

My major complaint is that there is a solid 5 second lag between when I push a button on the remote and then the action occurs. I have had other Vizio products in the past including tvs and sound bars and this is the first product I have had an issue with.

Fine so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for two days. Frankly the interface is a bit slow, but the picture quality is pretty good and the sound is "fine" (all modern TVs suffer for lack of volume to produce good sound.) I wish it had more HDMI in puts (2). Chromecast works fine, if also a bit slow to load. I don't have Apple so I can't comment on Air Play. Decent budget TV for a smaller space.

Pretty Good TV, But Vizio but...

The TV works perfectly. Great picture. The app allows you to control the TV. But given that you have to agree to like 5 different EULAs, and log in just to use the app to control the TV, they are definitely collecting your data. So, if that's a concern, be aware.

Size Matters! (24” Vizio D-Series)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a 24” HD flatscreen for my 1957 vintage camper—and because I previously owned a much larger Vizio smart TV—it was my first choice. And I gotta say it more than does the job! Besides having the same smart features as my previous Vizio, i.e. a high definition 1080p picture and great sound quality, the easy set-up, and recent updates to the user interface made it the perfect choice!

little sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to commercials the sound is great but watching movies is a totally different experience. I have a hard time hearing the movies to include dvd but commercials will blast me out of my chair. Not sure how to correct this problem.

3rd Vizio- Fantastic TVs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Vizio TV I have purchased for our home and they are all Fantastic.Have had long life with no problems on the 1st two,, one of which is now over 12 years old and the other is 7 years. The picture color, sound,looks and overall product quality are all of the highest repiutation and competitive nature. They are best Tv's I have ever had and wouldnt consider any other. I highly recommend for a quality lasting product
