Great picture, but the audio needs improvement

I got this about 2 months ago and have found that the loading of apps for streaming is extremely slow and the sound is not very good quality

Easy to cast from my phone

I purchased this a couple years ago with no problems. The reason I gave four stars is because the remote is not user friendly for me
