When the VIZIO device locates a network and the correct password is entered to join the network, it will do so. Limitations on the number of devices that can be connected to a network is a network or modem setting. I would recommend to contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance with adjusting the amount of devices allowed to connect to your network.
