SmartCast is only available where Vizio products are sold. Currently, Vizio products are only sold in the United States so SmartCast is only available in the United States. You are able to connect a 3rd party streaming device such as a Roku player or Firestick to one of the HDMI inputs on the TV to be able to stream through that device to the TV.
