The shredder is capable of shredding credit cards, CD's, and heavy paper without any problems. Great machine.

The size of the cuts should be smaller. I also like the way that the shredded material is removed compared to our last Fellowes shredder.

Excellent quality, low noise and you can shred 6-7 pages at the time. Do not put labels. I would rate this purchase a 10
