Have same shredder at work for 4yrs and counting. No problems..which is why I bought this one for my house.

It is quiet,works very well and has a lot of wonderfull features. Love the easy bin removal and safety features best. Cann't beat it for the price.

Quiet opperation. Right next to my desk and it doesn't bother me like my old shredder. Would recommend to others.

Although the page capacity is limited, this shredder has all the features needed for a home office. This model is a bit noisy.

It is very quiet and works very efficiently. The basket shows the level of paper. I would definitely buy this shredder again.

This product is supposed to be jam proof but as soo as I used it it jammed a few times. Not sure what is going on.

It runs smoothly and fairly quiet compared to other brands I have used. So far very happy with it. Only had it in use for a week.

Overall we are very pleased with this shredder, the only negative we have found it that the bin is rather small and needs to be emptied frequently.

MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT IT HEATS UP TOO FAST AND YOU HAVE TO STOP OPERATION FOR QUITE SOME TIME BEFORE YOU CAN START SHREDDING AGAIN.

This is the best shredder that we have ever owned. It is worth a little extra money to have such a great item. It is nice and quiet too!!!
