I recently replaced my old shredder with the new PS-79ci, this system is awesome, very quite, fast and does not jam. One of the best featues is the ability to measure the thickness of the paper to prevent jams. Great unit.

i've used so many shredders but this is a shrdder i love to use to shred my personal documents.Its so fast,no jam,user friendly and most of all very durable.

The setup of the casters was a nightmare as I could not get them in place and had to struggle to get them in place so my shredder was standing. Not made for the elderly. The basket in time become brittle as it is plastic.
