Went with store-brand shredders in the past. Never again. It's a whole different experience: quiet, dependable, quality parts. At an excellent price! Bonus!!

What a joy to use your paper shredder. A friend gave me a shredder made by one of your competitors. VERY frustrating to use, jammed constantly......the fellowes machine is a dream to use, well built, very very impressed with its operation!

This is the first Shredder i have purchased that incorporates any maintnance for it which is great! Makes sense to oil occassionally. So far no paper jams, moderate noise, we shred daily and are lost without one. Keep up the good work.

This is a "Heavy Duty Shredder": yet, instructions state not to shred "newsprint" among other things. It seemd delicate for a "Heary Duty". It does work well with normal shredding, i.e. stationary. It is q;uiet. I was unable to attach the wheels.

Quiet but powerful. A great shredder for our small office with multiple users. Has only jammed once but was easy to clear. Trash bin is easy to empty. Shredders normally do not last long in our office, but I have high hopes for this one!

This machine does everything it claims. It is neatly designed and very quiet compared to the previous shredder. This shredder needs to be oiled frequently and is shipped with a small plastic bottle of the recommended oil.

What a hoot. I love this shredder. It's sooooooo quiet -- should be called a shhhhhredder. No jams. Lights blink! Rolls to you, sort of like r2-d2, but not really. Nice looking. Changes the meaning of grrrr-shredding to yeah-shredding.

I was concerned spending a little more on a shredder but changed my mind after three cheap failed units. Best thing I ever did! Why Fellowes 79Ci? Because all the reviews I read said it was the best. And they were not wrong!!

I was looking for a heavy duty shreadder and have successfully found one. I like the idea that the paper jam works its way thru and shreads the paper. It also indicates if too much paper is inserted. The 79ci has worked better than my expectations.

Appears to be an excellent machine. Quiet operation, love the cross cut shredding. Other features are helpful. One wish is that the tub capacity was larger. Pricey.
