The product arrived fairly quickly and is what I expected. It will easily handle 10-12 sheets of paper with ease and has a flip down slot for credit cards cd's etc.. I like the feature that indicates when the paper can is getting full and it pulls out for easy emptying.

This shredder has a heavy feel, is very quiiet, and works well to cross shred documents. My one concern is that the storage bin for the shredded documents has to be emptied fairly often. Emptying it is very easy, however, Considering the reasonable price--we are very pleased with the performance of the shredder.

We have two of these shredders in the office and they work very well. Very portable, durable and quiet. Shreds multiple sheets, cards and staples with ease. Safety feature prevents accidents and the bin is easy to empty. Good choice for a busy office.

I had a similar Fellowes shredder for 10 years and it finally died, mostly due to being broken when it tipped over. I specifically searched out the same shredder so I believe I have another 10 years of service! I would highly recommend this one! The power is incredible!

Product works as stated. Haven't used a lot since I've had it, but it is doing a good job shredding up to 8 pages without getting a paper jam. Eight is about the most sheets I have tried to shred. It is supposed to shred even more. So far, it looks like as long as I follow the instructions for use and maintaining, there will be no problems. It seems heavy duty and very durable. I have gotten more shredding done in less time with this shredder. Like that it notifies me when bin is full.

I was initially reluctant to spend this much on a home office shredder, but I think that it is well worth the money. I have had it about a month and have shredded a ton of stuff without a single problem. Sometimes, if I put in a little too much it stops but always self-reverses and then gobbles the stuff up. I have never had to clear a jam. Basket capacity is good.

I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality and low noise level of this shredder. It cuts several documents easily, and can handle credit cards, which was a pleasant surprise. Fills up quickly - but I am trying to shred a decade worth of stuff! I highly recommend it for home office use.

Am in the middle of getting rid of years (and I mean years) of accumulated old household paperwork, including copies cancelled checks, receipts etc. that I had stored away. I have shredded 8 full lawn garbage size bags of old papers of varying sizes using this shredder so far without problems and have a couple more to go. This shredder's performance has been terrific with no jams and I only had to turn it off to cool down one time after three to four hours of non stop shredding. I find it easy to empty and squeeze a few drops of oil along the shredder opening each time I empty the container. I bought a couple of small bottles to keep on hand since I had so much to shred. When I was setting up the shredder initially I had trouble trying to install the castors (they kept falling off). I called the company and they suggested I use a hammer to tap them in which fixed the issue. Am extremely pleased with this purchase.

The day it came in, I was able to shred 4 large garbage bags of papers. It stops when it's too hot, so you need patience. I think that it's better to stop than to overheat and not work as others I have purchased in the past. I hope I don't have to buy another one, but if I do, It will be from Fellowes at Sam's Club.

Best shredder I have used. I love it!!!! I love how fast it is and cuts such a big chunk of papers at the same time. I also love the fact that it cuts up CDs and credit cards. Easy to use and just plug up and go to town. Very good product and a a good buy.
