I have purchased Tempurpedic bed toppers for other beds in my house and they came beautifully packaged, clean and flawless. This time when I purchased a topper it came in poorly repackaged, dingy looking and the cover had a rip in it. It was clearly one that someone had sent back after sleeping on it for 90 days. It was clear that quality control had not looked it over before rewrapping it, and I have no idea whether it was sanitized in any way. I am incredibly disappointed with a company that touts itself as being the absolute best. The product itself is good, but I expected better from Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! We bought this bed because I wasn't getting any sleep due to hip pain in my pregnancy. All my pain went away the first night I slept in this bed. My husband loves it too!! Highly recommend if you have joint pain or just need a new comfortable bed. We love it!

It has been a little over a month that I have been sleeping on my TEMPUR-Adapt® Medium Hybrid mattress and box spring delivered. It took a couple of weeks to finally break in a little but every day it is more and more comfortable. So far I am pleased with my purchased.

I liked the mattress and found it very comfortable. My husband didnt like it and didnt sleep well on it. I'm hoping he will adjust to the feel of it and sleep well after a few more nights. If not, I hope I can return it during the 90 day trial period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had back issues for most of my life (including back surgery) and having a mattress that was supportive but still had some give in the right places has always been critical for me. This mattress does all of that! It's the perfect level of firmness and give and feels incredibly well made. It's my second tempur-pedic mattress and I continue to be incredibly happy with their products.

We are previous owners of the original Temper-Pedic, which was very warm. The cooling effect of this mattress is wonderful, especially as we are getting older. We also purchased an adjustable bed frame, which helps with comfort. The first few nights I was uncomfortable but I think it was due to being a new feeling. After the third night I have slept all night, with no backache when I wake up. I still need to find the best fitted sheets to work with the deep pockets and the mattress protector we purchased with the set, the fitteed sheet does not stay under the mattress on the sides.

This is the forth tempurpedic mattress I have bought. It started with my daughter who had serious back pains and after I got her the tempurpedic mattress no more pains in the morning. Of course my other child had to get one along with myself and before you know it four tempurpedic mattresses were bought to ensure when our children come over there is a tempurpedic for them to sleep on. For a great sleep I strongly recomend the tempurpedic mattress.

We bought this mattress 30 days ago. It is the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever owned. We are tossing and turning all night long. This mattress causes extreme back pain and numbness in the arms for side sleepers. We have tried kneeling and walking on mattress to loosen up, but nothing works. I am now sleeping on the couch. We called 2 days ago to return and we are still waiting to hear back from a representative from Tempur-Pedic. So far, not an easy return process as suggested by salesperson in flagship store.

This is our 2nd Tempur-Pedic mattress. We have both the Adapt Medium and the AdaptPro Medium and absolutely love both. They are the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. You can't put a price on good sleep and being pain free and Tempur-Pedic is a 10/10 on both. Would highly recommend the Adapt and ProAdapt models!
