Have had my mattress (no box spring, just on a platform frame) for about 3 months now. Took a couple weeks getting settled in on it, I thinks because we got new pillows at the same time. But after that short time it has been terrific. I would recommend this bed to everyone.

WOW! I've heard conflicting reviews about the Tempur-Pedic, but my lower back pain had me considering many options. I then recalled a chiropractor years ago who mentioned that Tempur-Pedic was the best mattress for spine alignment. That being said, I went with the Adapt Hybrid, and ... WOW ... I've been experiencing the best, pain-free sleep ever. I can't believe that I waited so long to purchase a Tempur-Pedic. Don't be fooled by all of the mattresses in a box. You can't beat the Tempur-Pedic Adapt for comfort at a reasonable price.

Sleeping on this mattress feels like you are sleeping on an old worn out mattress and everywhere you move to feels like you are in a soft spot. You just sink in! It is also harder to get out of bed because you feel like you are climbing out of a hole!

Watching TV in bed and reading in bed is very relaxing, like sitting in a very comfortable recliner. It is like separate beds with the Twin XL King set up while still seeming as one Single King Bed when using one solid King Upper Sheet while having two fitted Single Twin XL sheets underneath. the adapt medium has really helped my back ache from any mattress i have had, i enjoy going to bed now instead of dreading it . im not sure yet about the firmness, i have had firm mattresses before this is suppose to be medium and still to me is firm. im hoping it just has to be slept in awhile. i might have to exchange for a softer one but will definatel be tempur the quality is just unbelievable and the company is just so awesome with there customer service.

I've had this mattress for a month now. It was recommended due to the fact that my husband and I sleep in different positions. He's generally a stomach sleeper and I'm a side sleeper. He's generally fine with the mattress and thinks it's a good choice. I on the other hand am experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort that lasts throughout the day. Disappointed. Hoping it's only due to needing a break in period but at this stage it seems unlikely to change. It's also a pretty warm mattress.

We have had the mattress along with the adjustable base and we sleep so much better every night. Feels like every part of our body is supported and comfortable. Also love that when we get in or out of the bed, even if we change position it doesn't disrupt the others sleep.
