Great value and they work great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are perfect for home or office. It is very easy to set up and mount to the wall. I love the one we have set up outside for anyone coming to the house. It dispenses the right amount to clean your hands. I do recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dispenser is really nice- I like how it can do liquid or gel sanitizer or hand soap. It is easy to fill and dispenses a generous amount. The sanitizer doesn’t smell that much like lavender, but it doesn’t have the weird smell most other sanitizers seem to.

So far so good. I typically get them for bathrooms as it helps with the no touch dispensing. Easy to set up, because the machine dispenses a certain amount it helps product last longer.

I waited a couple weeks to get these in. I was so excited to get them up. I installed the first one and it kept leaking. I looked it over and where the pump inserted into the tank, the tank was split. I figured I would get a replacement tank and use the tank and pump from the other one. It was split in exactly the same place. I don't trust getting them replaced. So now I have 4 holes in my wall and no dispenser.

purchased 6 and of those 6, 2 were broken

One of the dispensers was broke, had to call for replacement. Took over a week to get a replacement.They sent 2 replacement.Te replacement had same model numbers as original, but they definatly are different size. I done had the good one installed and already had used it. I had to return the broken dispenser and the extra replacement. Alot of extra trouble for their defective product. NOTE: The defective despenser had a small plastic piece that feel out when I opened the box.

Bad deal, bought these dispensers and first both of the spill catch basins were broken in shipment. Second they dispense like crap, constantly clogging, dispenses a very little amount of soap, then the batteries go dead because you have to keep dispensing 5-6 times to get enough soap to wash your hands. Thought I could save some money by buying soap refills by the gallon VS. individually packaged inserts. Didn't work out very, well you get what you pay for.

Bought 4 - All had a hole in them. It was difficult to actually reach a person at the Alpine company and I felt they were giving me the run-around when I finally did speak with a rep so I returned them all to Sam's Club. These are made in China without any quality control. Also, don't expect Alpine customer service to be helpful or even interested in resolving problems.
