Help?? Redeemed with no issue but didn’t get any robux for it, only shows a $25 “credit” in settings. Tried researching online and read that this card doesn’t work for tablets or smartphones (apps) which is the only way my kids play roblox so now they just have un-usuable credits in there accounts?

For the love of everything holy, DON'T torture yourself or the person intended on receiving this as a gift. Roblox has a horrendously hard 10 step verification process to prove that you aren't a robot. It errors over and over and over- and WILL have you so frustrated that you're willing to throw your device across the room. Just save your sanity and buy funds directly from the Roblox app. They accept multiple forms of payment and there's no verification. You're welcome.

DO NOT BUY THESE GIFTCARDS! Purchased $25 gift card for grandson's birthday. After many attempts to load this into his account the PIN continually came back as invalid. I am out $25.00 plus the cost of a new card for him (which will not be purchased at Walmart!)

i bought this for use on Xbox but it can only be used on smartphone game apps. I called Roblox and explained my mistake and asked if i could get the card deactivated and applied to an Xbox card. They weren't very helpful and more or less said I was stuck with what i bought. Very disappointed with Roblox customer service.

Just know that this takes 48 hours and is not instant at all. Walmart has a weird thing where they wait and hold off incase it isn’t a valid purchase so it will never ever come instantly. The least I ever waited was 12 hours and I’ve gotten these a lot. It’s ridiculous and they won’t do anything about it. Just be prepared to wait two days and most likely you will wait every bit of that. I would buy it from another store. Sadly walmart is not longer good for instant digital delivery of anything.

I bought this gift card for my daughter and these gift cards are impossible to redeem. We tried 10 different ways to link it to her account....my recommendation is to just buy Robux within the game itself. It was the only way we were able to make it work. And it's non-refundable so good luck getting your money back if the gift card doesn't work.

I order the Robox eCards every week for my 8 year old grandson for his allowance. Every week the digital delivery takes longer and longer. My grandson does not understand the delay nor accept it. Digital delivery as he understands is suppose to be almost instantaneously. This is the last time I will put him and what I can only imagine his parents through again. I will purchase them elsewhere.

I bought the 25 dollar gift card for myself I’ve bought it like 4 times now and i get a email saying it’s been placed and then it cancels I’m angry they need to fix it they say it’s because of location restrictions but i have not had a issue before.Ive been using a gift card

My daughter wanted a card and I did not feel like driving to the store for them not to have a Roblox card in stock like usual, than to travel to multiple stores usually ending in going to another town to finally find one!! I purchased the digital card and within 5 minutes the code was sent to my email! It was super easy and the instructions were very clear! Im thrilled to know I no longer have to play the drive from store to store to buy a Roblox card game ....EVER AGAIN!!!!

I do believe I'm out 25 dollars. spent 45 minutes trying to get it to work before my 9 year old cousin left so he could have something to do on his plane ride and could NOT get this to work. Walmart sends you a code but no pin. then the instructions say to find your pin! why should you have to find it when it should have been provided in the email? it's nowhere to be found. save yourself the hassle and a sad child.
