Good at first

I've had this chair for over a year. The padding is lacking and I am bottoming out, on the seat pad. The chair was fine at first but the foam wore out quickly and now causes pain when ever I use it for more than 30 mins. I weigh about 200lbs.

Poor Quality

In only 2 weeks the mesh back started separating from the frame. Staples that hold the mesh to the frame are falling out. Poor quality. We are returning it.

Junk

Mesh is stapled to the sides. Pulled apart in only days. Save your money and do not buy any chair made by True Innovations. This one or the leather one.

Poor Quality Chair

FAbric fall apart in 6 months -- staples coming out one at a time every few days and fabric is completely off from back.. very poor quality and really bad customer service for warranty.

Wellness by Design Ergonomic Chair

Just bought this chair last week. Back rest seams are already starting to break out. Staples can’t seem to hold. Comfortable chair but can’t seem to hold the body weight of a toddler.

screws broke off

The screws that go into the rectangular piece that hold the chair from wobbling broke off and cause my mother to fall out of the chair and hurt her self. Not cool.
