VERY COMFORTABLE CHAIR

Very nice chair

Chair is good but Sam's Club needs to stop importing goods with huge quantities of packing materials which cannot be recycled. Also stop using plastic tape on cardboard boxes. I will stop purchasing from Sam's if they don't think this is important

Bought the chair in January 2023 had no problems with it until July 2023. It lowered on its own a few times but came back up. Then one day it went down on its own and it would t come back up and still won’t come up. I reached out to the manufacturer and they asked for the production PO# and model# that is supposed to be on the bottom of the chair but it’s not. They have other numbers listed but not those. After reading other reviews I have a few I’m not going to get a replacement part either way. Save your money!

TIPS OVER VERY EASY. VERY DANGEROUS. DO NOT BUY. This chair is very very dangerous. I have tipped it over 2 times by not leaning back much at all. Wish I would never have bought.... This thing is a lawsuit waiting to happen, very surprised it is not recalled yet.

This chair exceeded my expectations. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It is very comfortable and provides great support for my back. I also really appreciate how smoothly it rolls and how easy is it to adjust if someone else has to use the chair. It is huge upgrade from my prior office chair. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love the design. Very comfortable, and priced right. I’ve only had it for a couple of months with occasional use and the staples that hold the backrest fabric to the chair frame are starting to fall out. If this keeps up, I’ll fall through the backrest! Going to try another and see it it holds up!

I have been searching for a mesh back chair to replace the one my daughter ‘stole’ from me, but I wasn’t having any luck finding one I liked. We found this one at our local Sam’s, but I was hesitant to buy it because they didn’t have any on display for people to sit in. However, I decided to go ahead and take a chance, and I’m glad I did! I work from home, therefore I spend a lot of time in a chair, plus I have severe scoliosis and rods in my back. I can actually sit in this chair all day without it causing me more back pain than usual and it is so comfortable! You will not find a more comfortable chair at a better price!

The mesh started pulling away almost immediately. I felt it and quit leaning back in the chair. My daughter who is half my size (didn't know, sat in it to watch a movie) now its popped loose and there's staples showing...just about cut me open when I sat down for work this morning.I don't believe I've even had this for 2 months yet, or very close to... Unbelievable it was $139, now its $79.xx. That should tell you something isn't right. The arms also bend quite easily and it will fall over if you lean to one side too much. The whole thing is a nightmare.

Upfront this is a well-built chair for heavy use. Head rest does not hit the back of anything as it is mounted too far back. You will need a pillow or pad on it to get proper functionality. In the locked position it makes a metal clicking noise which is nothing to worry about. Just adjust the back tension and release the locking back.
