We have had 2 of these and there were problems with both. The microwave is under 3 years old and I am replacing it again with a different brand this time. The first one broke within a short period and I was able to exchange it at the store. This one is now starting to have issues. First, the turntable started turning constantly if the microwave door was open but not working when the microwave was on. Then I noticed the microwave is only working intermitantly. As others stated, the air frier is not that great. I had a little countertop air fryer that worked much better. It doesn't really cook properly or crisp anything. Please do not buy. Its a great concept but a waste of money. Appliances should last longer than this.

This microwave gives me everything I need I one product. It allows me to remove other items from my countertop giving me more space because it has so many features. I basically have a microwave, air fryer and convection oven all in one. This is now the most used appliance in my home. The packaging was great, everything was sealed properly. The instructions were very basic and easy to understand. It cooks my food to a nice golden crisp when air fried and warms up my leftovers evenly so everything is nice and hot how I prefer my food. There is so much more you can do with this product and I'm sure I will expand the different uses. I highly recommend this product to everyone!

Glass Cracked split first time using maybe I didn't know what I was doing! But I airfryer settings on Chicken Breast on the rack I guess I didn't protect the glass plate ,it was super hot accidentally poured cool water on it I freaked out don't judge me lols

You can cook so many different thing in different ways. Love that it also come with nice accessories like its own pan for baking and a stand for certain food or plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave. My favorite part about it is that its all in one so I do not have to have a bunch of different appliances in my house. Everything works great too. I cooked a pizza in it and it tasted delicious, The crust wasnt as crispy as what it would be like if cooked in an oven but it was nice and soft. The air fryer works good when reheating chicken. It makes it taste so much better than it would taste in a normal microwave. The microwave worked great for cooking my kids romen noodles. I like how easy it is to use. There are also buttons to push if you wanted something like Pizza. It works and looks great in my kitchen.

I ordered an upgraded microwave to spoil myself for once. It was delivered early! Very exciting I thought. Microwave worked I tried the airfryer option and the fan was damaged sounded like it was going to blow up. Then the browner same ugly noise. I have requested a refund and have to bring it to the store I can barely carry it but will return it for a refund. Just my luck!
