LOTS of moisture stays in it so you either need to clean it after every time you even microwave something or leave it open ALL the time or the inside will mold pretty badly. Pretty disappointed I spent $200 bucks on this. Just buy a separate microwave and an air fryer, trust me, don't waste your time or money.

I purchased this item having great expectations of having a small appliance that could microwave, airfry and bake. Unfortunately, as others have stated, the microwave works great but tried a couple times to air fry and when you open the door while or after airfrying the oven goes off. I also thought my breaker tripped but no it just overheats and turns off, Ugh. I missed my opportunity to return as i am a couple days passed the 90 day return policy.

Not very powerful. Air fryer does not work as well as the actual air fryer we have. Things don't come out crispy like the should. Also needs too much space to vent. We had to put it on top of our cart and everything else in the space the microwave should go. All around a disappointment

Love it! Bought to replace microwave and toaster oven a month ago. Microwave works like it should. Mozzarella sticks and tater tots were really crisp in air fryer. Muffins were perfect at regular bake time on the bake setting (rack on the low height). On bake, I baked a custard pie (low rack) and the bottom crust was cooked and the top evenly browned in about 10 minutes less than normal time. Inside is lit when in use. All settings use turntable.

I am returning this to Sams Club tomorrow. I really wanted to like this product. I love the concept but it's very poorly executed. First of all, it's small inside. Secondly it took 22 minutes to air fry a basket of frozen tater tot's. That was at the maximum temperature of 425. The microwave is a little weak and the air fryer is weak .The convenience of having both in one device seems like a great idea but the execution doesn't cut it.

Piece of junk. Bought yesterday - tried warming up leftovers (on the microwave setting) from the refrigerator and tried three times for a total of 7 minutes and the food was still just as cold as when it came out of refrigerator. It will be returned.

This product is overall not good for anything! Microwave takes twice to three times as much time as it should to simply heat something. Air fryer takes extreme long amount of time. And the unit get dangerously hot in outside. Example: 45 minutes later and bacon still not done! 45 minutes to cook two pieces of salmon. Toasted pecans: Five minutes and butter not even melted but unit is extremely hot!!!
