When using microwave it cuts off if it is used 5 min or less, then you have to wait till cools off. the air fryer works well

Much more difficult to operate than other fryers and convection. The plastic on the panel began to wear off after a couple weeks. Don't recommend.

I bought powerXL 2 months ago. The second time I used the air fryer, the glass plate broke. It was on auto select for fries.

Wonderful product. So far so good and I'm enjoying cooking with it. I would suggest you place in area that has plenty of space. The unit gets warm. All that power I guess. LOL

So far this unit has worked for me. What I don't appreciate is not being able to do is set the exact oven temperature I need, or the exact seconds I need.

i thought it would be good one i would not buy one again it does not cook right and rust on the in side you have to wape it down it holds so much mositure

Low wattage super hard to operate air fryer doesn't get food crispy it's soft we replaced our air fryer and microwave with this regret it wish I could give it back

Instructions say to use the glass tray in all cooking modes. Does not say air fry must use the rack. I had an aluminum tray of frozen veggies on the glass tray and the glass shattered in air fry mode. Microwave function is weak but works.

This is definitely the best purchase I have made! This fantastic appliance helps me to save time and also healthier cooking. This is a must have appliance in every kitchen
