works great for the price

Seemed like a space saving idea but lasted less than 3 years. Turntable spun when door was open then it stopped heating all together. No repair parts available and would have expected a few more years from a $200 microwave. VERY disappointed. Will never buy a power XL product again.

I like it

Sad to say but have bought 2 powerxl Products (I must be an idiot) neither worked like they were supposed too. Great marketing but poor product Got home with the microwave air fryer, opened the box, giant dent in the side. Drove 45 minutes back to store, no problem to swap out. Got back home giant scratch on door, used anyway. Loud with poor results. So frustrated . However I would recommend to an enemy OH whatever you do don't buy the powerxl handheld vacuum sealer. Unless you love giving people you don't like crappy gifts that don't work as advertised

I like the unit and features but it doesn't properly vent steam during “microwave” use. I've never had a microwave that is soaking wet inside after cooking. If you are cooking anything with liquid like soup or similar the amount of condensation inside actually makes water pour out the front door and all over the counter. This is unacceptable!

The one and only

We were drawn to the 3 in one design, living in a 140 year old house, the kitchen is not well setup. The idea of being able to free up valuable counter space was a plus! This appliance is not as user friendly as I would have liked but once you get to know it it's not to bad. The microwave works well as does the Toaster oven, the Air fryer on the other hand not so much, the air fryer takes almost 3 times as long to cook as the old one we disposed of to free up that valuable counter space. 3 times as long and still needs more time because it still needs cook time for the center of meat products and fries. We will be purchasing another Air Fryer to compensate for this products failings but we have decided to keep it for the other two parts that actually function well. I would recommend doing more research and purchasing something else if you need a 3 in one as this does not fill that description well enough.

I was so excited to get a XL product. I was excited about multiple appliances in one. I was excited about stainless steel interior..the reason it drew my eye in the first place. It does cook food, but it takes longer than conventional methods on most things we eat. I air fryed frozen chicken thighs; 40 minutes. 18-20 min. in our previous air fryer. Potatoe slices to over 40 minutes to air fry. Corn bread never even cooked. Reheat take out in air fryer does crisp up in 20 minutes. Just not helpful for so long. This one has no shelves like the one on TV. The whole inside isn't utilized as an air fryer due to the microwave type turn table. You can preheat on some settings others start counting down immediately. I have no idea of the preset, since I had NO cookbook nor info sheet in my box. I really do usually like the finished foods, but taking so long to cook doesn't help me like my old air fryer did. I still use it everyday, but I wouldn't buy another at $75. I'd be hard pressed to recommend. It's not broken, just flawed. I saw a chef review on YouTube after I purchased saying how long it took and not worth it to her....wow how I wished I'd seen first! Now they're $50 off, another gut punch!
