Nearly impossible to keep clean. Imagine using the air fryer, getting the oil film all over the inside of the oven, then forgetting to wipe it all down before your teenager nukes some lasagna. We now have a baked on oil layer EVERYWHERE inside the unit. The tray that comes with the fryer is so small we had to do 4 rounds to make enough fries for a 5 person family. I thought I'd fix this by ordering a tiered rack. The top tray tier would burn before the bottom tier was thawed. The turn know is hard to clean as well, would rather have a flat touch control. I do not recommend this item.

I've had this product for almost 7 months. The manual advises that the glass tray assembly is ALWAYS required for all cooking modes. Our glass tray broke while using the oven. We were baking the manicotti at 375 and I heard a loud crack. I stopped the unit and saw the glass tray had cracked. The unit has worked fine, it cooks great but the glass tray has heated up before. As I dispose of the glass tray, the unit was left with tiny glass particles. I would not recommend the product until the glass tray is advanced and does not shatter into small clear particles.

I still haven't decided it yet. When it was delivered it was in a humongous box. It was difficult to get the other box of the oven out. Had to cut the big box in order to get the power XL out. I though it would be easy to lift the oven out of the box but it weighs a ton. Had to leave it on the floor till I asked a neighbor to help me put it on the counter. So far I havent really used it. Hoping it was worth the trouble getting it set up. Well thats all I have to say for now. :)

Works great as an oven as a toaster oven would. Broiler works evenly as it turns the whole time it cooks. Microwave works great and the plate doesn't get hot! Love it for a toaster, oven and microwave. And it has an air fryer if you want. I have never found a air fryer that works for me, so I did not try it yet. My microwave and toaster broke and this is the perfect replacement, taking up only one counter space instead of two separate spots. Thank you

This thing was such a thorn in my family's side since day 1. It was so loud and always sounded like it was about to launch into space or something. It wasn't very user friendly, you have to push a bunch of buttons to do the simplest of tasks. But worse of all, while we were using it (using one of its preset settings) the turn table plate exploded in the unit, after less than 6 months of having it.

I just bought it for a month and had it returned. The glasses split into two pieces during baking. The oven was extremely hot after using baking or air fryer. The microwave function is also not powerful, it sometimes took up four minutes to just heat up the soup evenly.

Bought this air fryer microwave today. Brought it home, followed the directions to get it started. Had it run 5 minutes before we used it. Timer went off, then a minute later we heard a pop. Opened it up and the glass on the inside was melting, and the glass was cracking. Got video of it. Returning it now for another one. Hoping it was just this particular one that was defective somehow.

This oven does it all. Microwave and air fryer in one. Saves space and time. I love it.
