I bought this brand new 2 days ago after my old one went out. It seemed like a great choice to consolidate a few appliances. Got it home and opened the box, and it was missing the manuals and cookbook. Contacted customer service via email that was on the Power XL website to get them sent to me and was given a link to download them. Replied I wanted physical copies. They told me to download and print them. I dont have a home printer and am not spending more money to print a 35 page manual and a 40 page cookbook after spending over $200 on this product to begin with that was supposed to come with these things. I am not a digital reader for those who are going to say that. I prefer paper in front of me. I can't review the product as I've only figured out how to warm up a cup of coffee. If I hadn't already destroyed the box, this would be going back to the store, and I'd get a simple microwave.

I haven't used the oven component, and the air fryer only for french fries, so I can't really grade those features, however the microwave works wonderfully. It's easy to learn. I bought this combo because of all the features one appliance, so it doesn't take up any more room than the microwave it replaced. I'm very happy with it.

Love it! The handle is not solid and the bit of "give" is still unnerving and if there's a way to set it for less than 30 seconds, I haven't found it yet. It is large enough for my needs. I really appreciate not having to press a lot of buttons because of soreness of hand joints.

Bought this to replace a burned out microwave and a broken air fryer to free counter space. It's great as a microwave but not an air fryer. Settings over cook the food and make it rubbery. It's too much trial and error and food is too expensive to be playing with in this thing. I still ended up getting a stand alone air fryer.

So glad someone invented this. This took the place of 2 appliances on my counter! I have used it as a air fryer and microwave so far and have no complaints. The air fryer works better than I thought it would. I even did pork chops! Love this product and highly recommend. I have had it for about 2 weeks now.

This item takes the place of 3 items i had in my kitchen on my counter top (microwave, air fryer and toaster), freed up a lot of space and I LOVE IT, works great! I can even bake cookies and cornbread in it! Gonna get one for my son's dorm room to replace 3 small appliances he has.

I was excited to combine kitchen tools, but like many products that try to combine two in to one, this product falls short. The microwave is underpowered and it takes longer to heat food than my previous microwave. Also microwave popcorn bags do not fully pop, lots of unpopped kernels. The air fryer is also slower and more cumbersome than my previous air fryer with the metal rack that needs to go in for the food.

And I don't like that I love this product. It is excellent. Actually I have to buy one for me because I bought it for my daughter and ask her knew about it because she had one and it works wonderfully but everything don't last forever so when hers conked out that was her Christmas present from me and she was so happy.

I love the "all in one" feature. Works magic! I do not regret this purchase at all! Only con- (so far) it does seem a bit "loud" when on. Not enough that it is a problem and not sure if anyone else has this problem, could just be part of it. love it nonetheless.

this is a very good product I have been using it non stop the air fryer is good my food is alot better than cookig it on the stove or my oven much juicier than the other cook methods microwave work great to i plan to bake in it in the next week or two as a single person this is very helpful when i am rushed for time.
