[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the tv for about six months. Great picture quality. Unfortunately, my youngest son accidentally tripped and damaged the screen. I bought protection at Sam’s club but it did not cover the damage neither does LG. So in the end I was disappointed the the warranty that I bought precisely for accidental damage did not work. At least they refunded the money. The only thing I have left are the circuit board that I will sell online to see if at least I can get some money back. I will not buy more tv’s for now since me and my family will now access contents either through our phones or tablets.

Clear, crisp and rich to compliment any show. I can’t say enough good things! I highly recommend this product. Oh great price too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV about a month ago for our master bedroom and it is by far the best TV we have ever had. Great picture, easy to install, easy to navigate all of the features, love the Smart TV. Now we have to get another one for our family room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for 4 weeks. Image setup was difficult since user documentation was minimal. Had to go on scavenger hunt on internet to find resources as to how to navigate throught picture setup functions. Initially thought set was broken since unable to get quality of picture I saw in store. Finally, selected "Store Demo" mode and got close to quality of image I desired. (When in this function, "MUTE" selection last only 3 minutes and then audio returns.) Best images are obtained when viewing movies on Netflix and YouTube. Cable channel's image quality varies between commercials and other sources on same channel. (Live broadcasts lacking in darker color depth. Picture tends to be white in overall contrast.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 55 inch TV- liked the consumer reports reviews on this brand, and was a bit worried it would be complicated to install and connect. It’s a smart TV and it basically set itself up once connected to our internet. Yay! Took us old people longer than others but it was about a half hour and we were able to watch cable and figure out the Smart features and even to login to our accounts for viewing the paid services to which we subscribe. Also- now I can see the TV well as opposed to sitting on the floor in front like a kid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this TV about a month since the installation and I have some reservations, I have done everying I knew how to utilize close captioning and I cannot get it to work. I am also disappointed in the contrast, I expected more distinction of depth in colors and the perception of depth as in distances. It looks flat. If I can get these couple things ironed out, the tv would be excellent!

Great picture with a 4K source, good sound, and nice to have Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons on the remote. Would've been nice if it included the magic remote, but maybe I'll get that one day.

Picture is good. Sound ok. Paid more as it said "compatible with Alexa". Does not connect to Alexa. Read the Smart Thinq app reviews. Very few people have been able to connect to Alexa. On the phone with tech support for over an hour, still no connection. I am partially disabled and needed this feature. The remote is TINY, TINY buttons
