[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture. Good features, easy to navigate the menu. The connection to WiFi is really fast! It's not obvious how to get to one's favorite channel+ stations. And the selection of apps does not have Pandora.

Love my smart TV, which is my very first. I had read hundreds of reviews by independent Consumer Reports, and LG products seem to be rated at the top of their lists.

The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there are some fuzziness in the picture on different screen settings. I would have thought no matter the settings the picture would be clear and crisp. I’m happy with my choice of this television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG 43” 4K TV from Sams. The price was good and the unit looks OK. Just don’t block the bottom edge or your remote won’t work. Good luck setting up ThinQ—tremendous disappointment. Unit can not be seen or discovered on the iPhone app. Doesn’t work with Alexa. No voice control on the barely adequate remote.

After two years, the TV constantly suddenly has connection popups that are very irritating. Have contacted LG three times with this problem and no one was able to correct the problem. Their advice? Call a technician! This problem is all over the internet so the problem is in the LG TV and yet, LG denies it’s their issue.
